Seventh Ring: The Rule Is Simple

This is the illustration I completed that goes with Part 7 of my story, Seventh Ring!

I worked entirely in Photoshop on this using my Cintiq 12wx. I only intended to make something quick and dirty, but if you know me, I'm not very good at "quick (dirty is another story, hahaha)."
